Our group fitness classes are for everyone—whether you’re training for your first fight or just looking for a dynamic way to stay in shape.
Frequently Asked Questions
Just bring water, comfortable workout clothes, and a good attitude. We provide gloves and wraps for beginners, or you’re welcome to bring your own gear.
Each group fitness class lasts about 1 hour.

Sparring is completely voluntary. Sparring typically takes place on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and it’s only open to members who feel ready — no pressure, just progression at your own pace.
